Yasser is a proven customer experience executive and thought leader, with previous leadership positions at AWS, Genesys, and Avaya.
At Amazon, Yasser led Global Solution Architecture for AWS's suite of CX services, spearheading Amazon Connect’s largest customer migrations and transformations.
Yasser was recently awarded a patent for one of the Amazon Connect Contact Lens underlying technologies.

VP, Product Strategy
Robin Dautricourt is a strategic product leader recognized for driving growth and innovation across speech, conversational, and AI-powered enterprise platforms.
He led the development and launch of AWS’s Amazon Polly, as well as product vision and execution for contact center solutions at Uniphore and AI data foundry at Centific.
At Pronetx, he leads product strategy and platform innovation, helping organizations harness data and AI to transform customer experience.

VP, Solutions Delivery, Co-Founder
With over 30 years of technology leadership experience, Mick brings a strong focus on operational excellence and large-scale systems delivery.
He has led architecture and engineering initiatives at organizations including Avaya, AT&T, and Potomac Integration.
Mick has also served as chief architect for the District of Columbia government’s Amazon Connect migration, supporting more than 60 agencies.

VP, Services Delivery
Chris brings over 25 years of technical leadership and delivery excellence in enterprise contact center and cloud transformation.
He led VT Team, a Vermont-based systems integrator and managed services firm later acquired by Pronetx, where he directed complex Amazon Connect implementations for Fortune 500 enterprises and major public-sector organizations.
At Pronetx, Chris oversees project delivery, resource management, and technical operations, ensuring execution quality and long-term customer success.

VP GTM & Operations
Nicole led the marketing launch of Amazon Connect at AWS in 2017, where her name inspired the enduring demo persona “Nikki Wolf.”
She has over two decades of experience in tech and product marketing and has led executive communications and AI thought leadership initiatives at companies including Amazon/AWS, VMware, Oracle, and Symantec.
At Pronetx, she leads business operations and go-to-market strategy to help organizations adopt AI and elevate customer experience.
